Babies need a lot of time, attention and most importantly, love.  And finding a baby sitter, nanny or full day daycare centre in PJ can be tiresome, especially when you want your little bundle of joy to receive the best in quality care, tenderness and attention especially when mommy and daddy are working hard during the week.

As parents, we know babies are constantly growing and developing, and their environment is crucial to supporting them in their growth.  For example, a loving and nurturing environment is safe for a child to grow and develop whereas a violent one begets fear and can stifle a child’s mental, emotional and even physical growth.

This is where Little Human Scholars Baby Programme shines:  it provides a nurturing and stimulating environment which supports children in learning, growing and exceling mentally, emotionally, socially and physically!

In fact, Little Human Scholars is known for their baby programme.  Not only do the nannies and caretakers take an active interest in your baby’s development, but they do so in a tender, nurturing and safe environment which stimulates growth.

Little Human Scholars Baby Programme

So what exactly goes on in the baby programme at Little Human Scholars?  What activities and exercises are provided which helps a baby to grow and develop happily and healthily?

1)     Introduction to phonetics

Little Human Scholars enrols babies as young as two (2) months old.  Babies and infants are very sensitive, and though they may not be able to speak, outer stimuli in their environment helps them to focus, develop and fine-tune their skills.  The nannies coo along with the babies, sing them songs daily and even start teaching them to count at this young age.

2)     Song time / Nursery Rhymes

Again, stimuli is important for growing and developing babies.  The nannies sing songs daily, often enunciating the words to further enforce phonetic learning.  Saying nursery rhymes also helps babies to focus, especially from repetition and patterns that are spoke during the rhyme.

3)     Story time

The nannies at Little Human Scholars daycare centre in PJ are incredibly passionate about what they do, even if it telling a simple story.  A baby in the nursery gets to experience intonations in the nannies’ voice as well as see facial expressions from up close.

4)     Free play

Every child needs a little time to explore on their own (supervised of course), and babies are no exception.  Little Human Scholars daycare centre features an activity called “tummy time” for our little tots where they are surrounded by toys and have the opportunity to stretch their little arms and legs out.

5)     Nap Time

Babies love to nap, just not always in the middle of the night when mommy and daddy would prefer it!  Little Human Scholars gives the babies ample time to rest so when they wake up refreshed, we can get back to learning and growing!

6)     Bath Time

The staff at Little Human Scholars understands that mommies and daddies sometimes have hectic schedules, and a bath may not always be applicable in the home.  They offer this extra service to the infants and babies in the nursery programme along with extended daycare hours.

7)     Sensory Exercises

Who doesn’t like a massage?  Typically, in the morning or after bath time the babies are given a light massage on their arms, legs and backs to help support their circulation.  Again, this is an important part of physical sensory for little tots!

8)     Outdoor Exploration

Unless there is haze or unfavourable weather, the babies do go outside with the nannies for a nice change of scene every day.  Outside there are new sounds, smells and sights that help stimulate their curiousity!

About Little Human Scholars School and Daycare Centre in PJ

Little Human Scholars is an all-in-one childcare solution.  It is a preschool, playschool, kindergarten, nursery and full day daycare centre (with extended hours) located in the heart of PJ.

In fact, the location is one of the things which makes Little Human Scholars so sought after – it is conveniently nestled near Jalan Gasing, University hospital, PJ Old town, PJ New town, Jaya One, Jaya33, and the PJ IT Mall.

The best part is LHS has premiere services many other schools in PJ don’t offer such as full day daycare with extended hours, CCTV access for parents, and a nifty little phone app called Toddlytic which provides parents with automatic updates on their child’s development, behaviour and health checks.

With full-time guards always present at each of their locations, access to CCTV (which is in every room except the office, bathroom and kitchen areas), and very strict pick-up and drop-off rules, Little Human Scholars treats every child who walks into it’s hallways as one of their own children!

This place has it all:  location, safety, health, IGSCE curriculum and play-based learning.  What more could you ask for?  Did I mention they also have transportation services and offer meal plans for students?  It doesn’t get any better than that.

If you are interested in a tour of one of our centres (that’s right, there’s more than one), all you need to do is fill out the form here or call +6017-7303-025 and a LHS administrative staff will get back with you shortly!

Cheers,
